Merge equilux into master for equilux v1.1 #40

The commits in this branch provide enhancements for the equilux theme, bringing the version to 1.1.

Enhancements made:

Checkbutton: Increase distance between marker and text
Combobox: Create round corners on Combobox.field style
Entry.field: Create round corners on Entry style
Notebook.tab: Create round corners and change active marker inner color
Treeview.cell: Create separate style images with much improved look
Progressbar.Horizontal and Progressbar.Vertical: Improve general look
Radiobutton: Increase distance between marker and text
