These commits add the smog and itft1 themes. These themes share some UI elements and were originally both covered by the GNU GPLv2 license. While additionally only suitable for tile and not ttk, I have modified them to support ttk so they can be loaded with the library.
smog is displayed on the left, itft1 on the right.
The 1 in the name of itft1 probably refers to it being the first version of the theme. Indeed, the themes do look a bit dated because of their Scrollbars, and they do not support OptionMenu widgets currently (in ttk themes OptionMenu is named Menubutton, as the button is what is always visible and can be themed).
