Merge docs into master for presence on ReadTheDocs #48

With the merger of this branch, ttkthemes will gain documentation on ReadTheDocs. Currently, the documentation can be viewed on the Wiki only. The documentation as it is present in this branch can be viewed on readthedocs.org already: here.
