Add Waldorf theme

I don't know why this theme is missing from the package, but now I'll fix it 🙂

Back in 2018* I actually had an e-mail exchange with the author of this theme, François Tonneau, about its licensing. In this message, I will explain what we discussed during that time.

• Waldorf is a theme that is derived from the Crunchbang Linux GTK theme.
• François contacted the author of that theme, Philip Newborough, who gave the go-ahead for using any open-source license.
• Philip Newborough then considered that the theme might be a derivative of yet another theme, which I never heard back about.

All in all, I never published the copy of Waldorf that has resided on my PC in a ttkthemes branch ever since due to the unclarity in the licensing. However, one thing that is known about this theme, is that it is a derivative of the Crunchbang theme, which itself was distributed under GPLv2 (not 3!). Hence, if the theme being derived from another theme is to be disregarded, which does not seem a crazy thing to do as the Crunchbang theme itself was widely distributed, GNU GPLv2 seems like the right license to use.

The GNU GPLv2 license should be included in the theme folder, and I think it would be a good idea to modify the header to include this history as well 🤔 .
