Add allowedlist for jobs #1

Hello! Thank you so much for adding a blacklist to qb-clothing, I was really hoping to find something like this!

I would like to make a suggestion if possible: Could an exception be added for certain jobs? For example, making police clothing only usable by those with the police job.

@david204 hi brother ! its okay for update certain clothes you can changing on with qb-menu and all data clothes will be save on sql ! scripts will be publish soon with good features

@Tlauros Fantastic! To be honest, I've been trying to implement it myself, but my knowledge of .js is a bit lacking xD.
