Include altitude, heading, etc. in Custom Upload URL #293

Presently, only @LAT@, @LON@, and @ID@ are supported substitutions in the 
custom upload URL.  Altitude and compass heading would also be very useful when 
not on the ground (GPS works just fine in a small airplane).
