[FEATURE} Reflect Sublimation effects on the characteristics #138

Like the title says, it would be nice if sublimations had their effect reflected on the characteristics. Wether it's Epic/Repic subs like Elemental Concentration, or regular subs like Carapace.

The goal is to have sublimations that would effect the stats universally to be taken into account. Conditional stat modifications will require a whole other subsection of the app to handle in the far future.

To that point, I am slowly making progress on this. Sublimation effects are not provided by the data Ankama provides, so I'm having to parse them out manually one by one. Someday we'll get to the point where they are all done, but it's a slow process affected by my motivation to continue trudging through them all.

For the future, if anyone would like to get spun up in the code and help with this, hit me up.
