improve evoker #14

Improve the evoker ability, so, while sneaking, the player will summon vexes, furthermore, vexes should ignore the player (look at him as an evoker)

lol, Vexes already ignore evoker, nevertheless, I implemented the improved ability as of 2c250da5921ebe2c3b80ff98890aabe14a246376
