Main changes:

Several bug fixes in:

get_diagnostic_data()
plot_diagnostic_data()
interpolate_along_los()

Some new features:

save_diagnostic_to_file() for json and stp
load_diagnostic_from_file() from json files
add_diagnostic(doptics={'cam': {'optics': list, 'paths': (npix, noptics) array}}) implemented to handle collimator cameras

More unit tests:

from saving / loading from json files
add_inversion(dconstraints=dict)
