Every so often while using this with the official Gamecube adapter to play games through Steam (I've had it happen with Towerfall: Ascension and Monaco), my system will completely freeze up, with the music repeating over and over. The only thing I can do is restart my laptop by holding down the power button. This happens randomly -- sometimes it will happen within the first minute, sometimes in 10 minutes, and sometimes I'll play for 3 hours and it won't happen. It only seems to happen in game, though I don't leave the adapter plugged in and this running without playing a game very often. This is on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
