move the analog trigger axis to thr/rudd so you get axis(0)/axis(1) and axis(2)/axis(3) for the sticks
map the dpad to pov hat instead of extra buttons, that way it shows up correctly in sdl-jstest etc.
scale the analog triggers to be from 0->32767 only, reason is that otherwise many apps pick up the triggers as "always pressed" and freak out if you try to configure the input scheme where the app waits until you press any axis/button
