Do you have the backup code?
If so, confirm it is good here:
https://toastwallet.com/backupcheck/
Pay attention to the first several characters before and after pasting in the backup code. They might get updated. If so, copy or the backup code with the updated numbers.
Then go here;
https://toastwallet.com/browser
And paste in the backup code to make a new instance of the wallet.
Let me know if that works.
