Make W1L1 moving logs use the Moving Log prefab #18

If you're making a big big log, change the scale of Logfull or extend them, don't change the scale of moving log

this is a bug because the logs are broken

Old logs replaced with prefab log as well as refinement to flow of the logs in water.
