Added favorite channel functions & UI #38

Message me if you want to take a look at the live demo before merging.

You'll also need to change line 30 of client/index.jade of course. The image is something I quickly made; feel free to use it.

Requested changes made. The icon will now toggle, adding and removing the channel. You will need to update: Line 30 of client/index.jade Line 26 of client/client.js Line 27 of client/client.js With the url of the png file you want to use.
