Adding a bouncer module

The new module will allow the users to read messages that were sent while they were away. Most specifically, with this module a user would be able to use the chat from a smartphone, even with the incessant disconnections that occur when the browser app is "paused". In general, this provides a workaround to some users' connection issues.

The Android app @ToastyStoemp was using is an unfinished alpha. It's incessant disconnections can be fixed with an update. Beyond that though, your update may be useful in other ways, like you mentioned.

I said the "browser app" as in the web browser, not your app.
