Ability to change the channel mapping for those using PPM recievers and 
transmitters that don't follow the same channel mapping as Futaba, perhaps 
within the mission planner.

I just posted this as a similar issue for Spektrum.

I really should have checked more thouroughly. But at least other people are 
having the same problem.
