A user reported, that the music effect gets unresponsive after ~3h. Check it on the new release.
Hey I've been testing MLSC for quite a while now and I'm still super happy with it! Although, I found some bugs(?), maybe you know them already:
1) After a longer period of operation, the music features stop working when changing an effect. This also happens when a non-music effect was active for a longer time (>3h). Restart of the Raspi doesn't help, I need to restart the raspi AND mlsc thereafter.
2) Sometimes and especially with faster music/beats, the strip tend to lag/falter, is there a way to fix that? The raspis temp is at around 70 degrees, maybe that's a little too much?
3) Most of the time, hostapd needs a restart after the raspi is switched on. Otherwise, the ESPs won't connect.
And I'd be interested in the new fireplace effect, is that one already available?
