I have multiple UDP devices. individual effect settings on each device to not appear to be working.

Under the dev_2.3 branch, changing any setting under an individual device does not change the setting for that device.

No setting for the effect is applied unless all devices is selected.

Apparently not a bug, but updated functionality.
