[Suggestion] Add system control buttons (Reboot, Shutdown,..) #175

It would be great to have a page where you can control the system with reboot, shutdown and MLSC restart only and maybe some other useful controls. And please also try to add a LED toggle (Like on the dashboard above the effects) so MLSC stops sending data to the ESPs once the LED toggle is off. I noticed that if I set the effect "off", MLSC still sends data to the LEDs which blocks other effects and keeps the little blue LEDs on (I'm using WLED as receiver).
