Not all files are removed #14

Sometimes a few files are left behind after uninstalling LiteStep.

I have not been able to find the cause of this.

To solve this bug I need to find a way to reliably reproduce this.

When I was testing the installer a couple of days ago, I noticed that very few files were actually removed. IMO, the only things left behind should be the profile's directories (personal and themes), but it looked like the only thing actually removed was the modules folder.
