Wrong program associated with .rc files #35

When I double click .rc files they open in Notepad. They should open in the program I have associated with .txt files.

When I double click .txt files they open in Notepad++.

The evars configuration dialog properly identified Notepad++ as my text editor.

I remember this from when I first started using LiteStep. I had to set it manually.

This looks similar to Issue #13, but I think it might be an issue with the installer failing on the file associations page.
