No, Registry modification requires administrative privileges, however the LOSI doesn't set the registry properly in multi-user environments.

Actually, there are different key locations depending on whether your OS is 32-bit or 64-bit.

Okay, so he was right. Technically, the guys problem was that the app needed to be run as admin.

As such, this isn't specifically a bug. Closing it.
