Cursor stuck as hand after control-clicking link #1142

OS version: Win7 x64
ConEmu version: 130427 x64

*Bug description*
Control-clicking on a link leaves the cursor stuck as a hand when you go back 
to the ConEmu window.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Control-click a link.
2. Click back in the ConEmu window (or alt-tab, or select it on the taskbar).
3. Cursor is still a pointing hand.

Pressing control again fixes the cursor and makes it revert to the text-select 
beam thingie.  So it's probably missing the key-up event that happens after 
ConEmu loses focus.
