Don't take over ctrl+` by default #1467

Required information!
OS version: Win 8.1
ConEmu version: ConEmu.13.9.13.0

Ctrl+` opens up the terminal in Sublime Text. By grabbing that key by default
conemu overrides one of the most useful hotkeys in one of the most used text
editors. I recommend switching it to ctrl+F12 by default or something like that.

All Fx+Ctrl/Alt/Shift are used often as hotkeys in other applications.
There is no way to take both usable and unique hotkey.
Ctrl+` is most obvious hotkey for console.

I agree except that it takes over a commonly used hotkey in an incredibly
popular text editor (I think by now sublime might be the *most* popular
editor). As a matter of fact, it makes it actually impossible to get to the
sublime text console until you disable this behavior.

In my specific case I was in sublime a week after installing conemu when I
wanted to issue a query against the api and was incredibly confused when ctrl+`
didn't open anything (conemu was off to the side on a separate screen). I
actually went as far as to uninstall and reinstall before I noticed what was
going on.

I agree that in isolation ctrl+` is a good default, but in the current
development environment it overrides a commonly used function in a commonly
used tool. Perhaps Alt+` would be better?

My recommendation would be Win+` for Minimize/Restore (using Win+R for the
'Recreate console' command). Using the Win key as a modifier makes it clear
that it's a global shortcut.

Bad choice. Win+R is one of the Windows shortcuts.
