GUI windows attached to ConEmu retain Always on Top Setting #1506

Required information!
OS version: Win8.1      x64
ConEmu version: 140205 x64

*Bug description*
GUI Applications attached to ConEmu set to be Always on Top retain that setting 
after detach (They are always on top afterwards)

*Steps to reproduction*

0. Set ConEmu to be Always on Top
1. Attach a GUI (Spotify in my case, it just happened to be open at the time).
2. View it on GUI (Not sure if this is strictly necessary)
3. Detach the GUI from ConEmu
4. Verify that detached window is Always on Top

If you detach it, and it is not "on top" - detached application will disappears 
from screen (will not be visible under ConEmu).

I meant that the detached window, now completely disassociated from ConEmu, 
will still behave as if Always on Top is active. I doubt this is intended 
behaviour.

I had the same Problem. After switching off the Desktop mode (Settings > Main > 
Appearance) it was gone.
