Error when disconnecting from Bitvise SSH client #1686

Required information!
OS version: Win2k/WinXP/Vista/Win7/Win8   SP?   x86/x64
ConEmu version: ?
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): ?

After exiting bitvise SSH client conemu will occasionally crash with the 
following:

Exception 0xC0000005 (Read  x0000000000000000) was occurred (ConEmu64.exe, 
PID=16496)
ConEmu build 140707 64

Memory dump was saved to
C:\Users\rwarholic\Desktop\ConEmuTrap\Trap-140707-16496.dmp

Please Zip it and send to developer (via DropBox etc.)

*Steps to reproduction*
1. SSH with bitvise SSH to a server
2. exit the SSH session
3. Occasionally conemu will crash

Sorry about that, the dump is 150 MB; I'm looking for hosting.

Please make screenshots of  process tree (ProcessExplorer) before and after 
session exit.
Also make screenshot of Assertion box.
