Suggestion: Make Settings Dialog Resizeable #1836

OS version: Win8.1 Pro, x64
ConEmu version: 141206 [64]
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): N/A

My request is to make the settings window (the one that comes up with 
Win+Alt+P) resizeable.  

I'm trying to reach all the keyboard shortcuts descriptions and the scroll bar 
is driving me crazy - making the window resizeable (or maximizable!) would aid 
me in scanning the mammoth list of shortcuts.

Even if dialog would be resizeable shortcuts will not fit completely.
And I don't like to implement resize only for one-two pages (others fit 
completely).
