Synchronization with DiscordSRV #52

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I know what uploading a Skin through discord and getting a code to apply that skin is easy, but come on, it could be better than that, couldn't be?

Describe the solution you'd like Integrating the DiscordSRV API to this plugin, it could check for the linked users db from DiscordSRV and apply it automatically without the need of commands in Minecraft

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be implementing a linking system with this plugin, but I've seen plugins who use both (Example: DiscordEconomyBridge)
