how to install? #2

I special ordered your adapter from a 3rd party company using your BOM / kicad. I also ordered the Intel Dual Band Wireless AX200NGW 2.4Gbps 802.11ax Wireless Intel AX200 WiFi Card and some M.2 NGFF Antenna,Pair of IPEX MHF4 2.4G/5G Dual Band 6dbi Gain WiFi Antennas. From the readme it says some special firmware is needed, how can i find and flash that firmware? also, what else is needed to run the new wireless card once everything is installed? does it Just Work, or does the old wifi card need to be removed?

HI!

Everything should just work fine, out of the box. The information about the firmware is a bit old. You should make sure your Manjaro installation is up to date (the package linux-firmware is the important one).

You can disable the integrated WiFi module by blacklisting the kernel module (blacklist brcmfmac), if you want.
