Signin && Onboarding page #11

Frontend:

  1. Add header logout && link to profile page navigate
  2. Add header dynamic welcoming username
  3. Use single form to write the Onboarding page
  4. change redux folder place && add user slice
  5. Move upload Photo to a single service file

Backend:

  1. change login API to fetch all reference fields
  2. Add review_memo and edit review_status default value to personalInfo

TODO:

  1. upload photo feature now not working right now
  2. upload file in Onboarding page
  3. Other upload file input fields at the end of Onboarding page
  4. Add localStorage Token for continuous info
