-recoverDir option for RepeatModeler? #125

Hey Toby,

Thanks again for all your work on this. I searched the issues/instructions and so I am not sure if I missed this but is there a way to use -recoverDir on an EarlGrey run that may have stopped mid-way through the RepeatModeler step?

I know that in RepeatModeler one has to specificy the directory where complete rounds were stored, so perhaps not possible, but just wanted to check.

cheers Rahia

Hi Rahia,

For the moment we haven't implemented the -recoverDir option as it is a bit hit-and-miss on whether the directory is actually recoverable or not, and often it just fails to recover the runs. I can add it back to our list of things to think about though!
