Implement Kernel Trees #16

Implement the classifier as well as the learning algorithm. Also implement several kernel functions to choose from:

Power Kernel: -|| x ||_2^p, p >= 2 (For this purpose, this is equivalent to the Gauss kernel but faster)
Quadratic Form Kernel: x^TQx where Q is the (smoothed) covariance matrix
