It goes though the proper menu and allows you to select windows and save, but no profiles are created.

edit, except when I save to 'default' profile. New profiles are not saved.

Hmm not sure, seems to work fine for me, I just added a new profile. To confirm, the process is to open Manage Profiles, click the green +, supply a name, select the desired windows and click one of the 2 Save buttons. Is that what you're doing? Are you using some kind of odd special characters in the profile name? You can try opening the Settings.ini file in the directory that holds the EXE and seeing what's in there. It's a basic CSV format and the last field value should be the name of your new profile.

It also happen to me sometimes. I've added the app to startup and the profiles are never loaded/presented. If I close the app and open it again, sometimes the profiles are there. Other times it seems that only opening the profiles panel (without the loaded profiles) and closing it is enough and after that, when I right click the icon the profiles are there. So I'm not sure what is the trick to make the profiles appear, but there's an issue somewhere for sure, because they are there but don't show up and after some random open and closing they appear. I'm using windows 10.
