Import IE Favorites #10

We are looking for the ability to import IE favourites on a one off
basis. Firefox would install and then import IE's favourites into its
bookmarks. This would help us in our roll out of Firefox, as usually we
would have to manually run the import wizard or trust the end user to
follow instructions after install, which does not always work here ;-)
