Include .PAC proxy file don't work #13

When I choose to include a .PAC file, it is not included with the CCK,
while after installing the CCK, network.proxy.autoconfig_url aims well at
chrome://<CCK-ID>/content/pac-file.pac

Manually adding .PAC file to CCK.JAR works.
