about:config blocked, about:Config #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install extension with about:config blocking enabled
2. Put about:config in the URL bar, get page saying it's disabled
3. Put about:Config in URL bar, get the "this may void your warranty" page and 
access to config settings.

Firefox doesn't care about case in the host part of the URL (after the colon).  
 ABOUT:config is blocked properly, but about:Config / CONFIG / conFIG / etc. 
all get through.
