Add `Ownership` section #1

It is of great importance to note that however useful this project may be, is, will be, it is not endorsed by DreamBerd™ in any imaginable, realistic, pragmatic manner.

Please refer to this PR for future reference, this is a very important, enigmatic, quagmire-istic problem which many FOSS projects face.
