Updates contributing documentation and images

Description

Removes mentions of the "development" branch in CONTRIBUTING.md and includes updated screenshots that represent "main" instead.

The screenshots are in the /assets folder which is also linked in the wiki. This means that the images in the wiki will be up to date when merged because the file names were preserved.

Note:

The history is a little strange here. I am not sure why CONTRIBUTING.md was out of sync with the Together Wiki. It would be best to keep an updated CONTRIBUTING.md in the main branch where developers can reference it without having to exit their IDE.
