Details: mark cool, legendary, brilliant and super useful messages in any channel, and the bot :peepo_java: mention them with the number of votes they get in a separate channel for example cool-messages-board. The mark can be done via a special reaction emojie like 🌟 or 🌠.
Example:
Someone : "Hey guys! I'm stuck with programming, i feel i'm not able to learn it, what must i do ? im stupid i hate myself :fat_laugh:
Someone answers : "Just do it ✅ , believe in yourself and skills" (this kind of messages is 🌟)
