Add pypdf to the requirements.txt for hiveimnd gdrive etl

For now, we've removed the pypdf from requirements.txt as it wasn't needed for both discord and discourse etl scripts. For implementing the hivemind gdrive etl scripts we needed to have that package since it would read the pdf documents from gdrive.
