_Merges devluaentities -> master

Moves all of basic_needs simulation into Lua. Adds:

• Spawning entities from Lua
• Adding components from Lua
• Adding actions/needs/strategies from Lua
• Setting up a scenario from Lua
• Removes agent_count from Scenario, you're supposed to make them yourself now
• Cleans up ScenarioScene from hardcoded scenario functions
• Bind all components to Lua
• Add entity factory
• Adds option to restart simulation (hot-reloading Lua file so you can edit scenario flexibly)
• Minor things
• Upgrades EnTT to 3.3.2

Update 15.03.2020:

• This update now also includes preliminary support for normal mapping and basic 2D lighting
• Renames AI system to SensorSystem
• Adds some normal map assets
• Add window icon
