Can use numbers in name #1

Open TohLiYuan opened 11 months ago

It is possible to have numbers in the Name field when adding a member, as opposed to what was stated in the UG

Only alphabetical characters, spaces, @, (), /, are allowed.

Input Command: addm /name Tester1 /phone 91112348 /email tester1@gmail.com /tele @tester /tag Member

Expected Output: Some error message as the name field cannot contain numbers

Actual Output: New member added: Tester1

Team's Response

Thank you for the bug report. The allowance of numbers in the name was an intended functionality. The bug lies in the UG as we meant alphanumerical, not alphabetical and is hence severity.veryLow. In the example of fields, there is a mention that a name like "Jonas Jnr the 3rd" would be valid. Hence, we have relabelled this as a documentation bug. image.png
