Under the todo section in the UG, both "and" and '&' were used in the same line. It should be standardized.

The & used is to show association between tags while "and" is used as a connector to show parameters of the task.

Reason for disagreement: I still disagree with the reasoning by the team. I believe that the formatting should be standardized and symbols like & should largely be avoided for a document like the UG to avoid confusing the reader any further.

I do not see any issue having the line be "Last chance to add features" and tags "CS2103" and "work". I do not think that it affects my understanding of the line, instead having the symbol there might make the reader confused instead. If the team wanted to make the line clearer to the reader, there are better ways to phrase it that introducing the & symbol when and is already used.
