File transfers not working #378

Hello, I'm on stock Moto G GPE xt1032 Android 4.4.4.
I am not able to transfer files from phone to client:

send:/storage/emulated/0/DCIM/Camera/img.jpg

I get notified about the file transter being starting, but it doesn't succeed.

logcat:

I tested against ejabberd and prosody xmpp servers and had the same result with 
either.
File transfers between normal clients works flawlessly.
