Exclude template files from site generation #43

Currently the spec is broken: http://toktok.ltd/spec.html

This is caused by spec.md and spec.md.dist, both generate a page with the same permalink. Added a config to Jekyll to ignore these *.dist files.

:lgtm_strong: #42 is the same. I'm mildly in favour of this one because it has more explanation in the commit message and has a comment at the exclude.
