I have done the method to generate initial states with BigQuery data and w3.
However I'm having trouble importing the modules need for this (I tried with the code in same file to test it out, but it was pretty dirty)
Must be some python thing that escapes me, could you give it a try?
PD: Added README line to export NODE_URL
