Edited for TEC Context, legibility and spelling #3

I was debating the Title a lot... This one narrowly beat simply "Token Engineering Ethics"... I would really love it if you changed the title to whatever you like Z.

The biggest 2 leaps i made was changing "this is only possible" to "this is only practical" and adding a link to Justin from Nucypher vibing on how privacy enables transparency, most of the rest of the edits are for TEC Context, legibility, spelling and updating the Wikipedia quote.

I restrained myself from inputting my bias into TheDAO Fork... It was hard... but I managed ;-)
