Implement withdraw tokens, change price and start ICO from function functionalities (issues #159, #160, #161) #162

As mentioned in issues I did research on ICO smart contracts. I have found, that these features are missing from TokenMarket. I suggest to add withdraw tokens, change price and start ICO from function functionalities to the library.

Hello @maciukaite! Thank you for your research and participation! However, at the moment we are not continuing the ICO smart contract development due to changed market climate. Our current focus is the STO tool: https://github.com/TokenMarketNet/sto

(And some of the changes would change some fundamental design choices, such as sending tokens directly upon contribution, and would need thorough testing and careful implementation from our part)
