TokuMX v1.5.0 Checksum failure crash #1194

I have a large GridFs collection with 5 million files. Insert was ok but when I read files, sometimes server crashes with this log: http://justpaste.it/h2ej

Fsck says filesystem is ok, freespace 30%, other collections (not GridFs) seems ok.

Cant reproduce, because its random. Everything info I have is the attached log.
