Cleanup code that changed in 1.4->2.0 that is not needed anymore here. #1241

These changes are from 1.4 before 2.0's release and never made it int…o the code base. All the items needed and provided by oplog_field_names.h are already provided in oplog_helpers.cpp, as such there is no need to double track this file and have issues with the overriding of values.
